Bespoke Labs is an online service. Lab testing is completed at Dynacare collection sites. We do not offer in-person support or accept walk-ins.

For the fastest response, please contact us by email. Due to busy schedules, phone calls may not be returned unless they are related to billing or account access assistance. We respond to all emails within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If you have not received a reply within that time, please check your spam or junk folder.
Requisitions:
Requisitions are reviewed and processed Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. on Friday will be reviewed and processed on Monday. Requisitions are not reviewed or processed on statutory holidays.
